Time to call it a night. My kitty, Spirit, has to see the eye doctor tomorrow. I don't really feel like driving her there, but I think she'd do better with me rather than hubby so I want to get as much sleep as I can and hopefully feel better!

How are you feeling today, Melissa? Functional, at least? What's wrong with Spirit's eyes?
Today is same old, same old....cleaning for company, taking kids to allergist (and me, too), home school. Writing, if it kills me to find two hours alone. 9 has Water Polo today, so that will give me at least an hour.
Poor Spirit. Hope you're feeling better!

Not sure exactly what's wrong with Spirit's eyes, but it seems serious and she's in pain. Not good anyway you look at it. She keeps her left eye partially closed. We jokingly called her the pirate kitty until we realized there was a real problem there.
Oh! I'm so surprised, but thrilled!, to have won. Thanks so much for the congrats and Melissa, thanks for making my day. :) What a lovely surprise.
I wish the kitty's eye wasn't giving her trouble, though. Our two cats had eye problems when they were kittens and it can be scary for everyone. I'm hoping it works out well for all of you.

Aww...sorry to hear about your cat's eye. My boss's cat had an infection in her eye and swelled up big! I took the son and their cat to the vet since my boss was really busy that day. The vet gave the son an eye solution to take home with him to put in the cat's eye. It took a week for it to heal.
