Spirit, my cat, has a problem with her left eye. It's taken me a couple of weeks to get her an appointment with an animal eye doctor so that's where we're headed this morning. I'm no better than I was this weekend, but she needs me so I'm going. It looks as if my little one may be coming down with what I have, too. Not good.

It seems to have been a bad year for illness. I had it and hadn't been that sick with the flu for 20 years. Best wishes for all of you!!!
Spirit has an ulcer on her left eye. It's very big. I wonder how well she can see out of it and it's painful. She is being put on three different medicines. Two drops, one pill. We go back to the eye doctor in 3 weeks to see how it's doing. My poor kitty! I'm letting her calm down now that we're home before I start in with the medicines.
Rose is very whiney. Sore throat but no runny nose. I'm hoping it's not what I have.
I'm going to get her and Angus down for a nap then I'll give Spirit her medicine and take a nap myself!
