I wish I could cancel today! I just looked at my iCal and cringed. The entire day is packed with stuff. Meetings, classes to teach, music lessons, Kids Crossfit. I'd rather stay home and write. Oh, well... better get to it so I can get at least a couple of pages in.

P.S. I made two more Fix Freeze Feast meals. Sunday night we ate the 4Bs Pork Chops and last night we had the Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs. Both were tasty, but my kids loved the chicken thighs. I even got a couple hugs they liked them so much! Can't wait to try more!

I hear you. I miss those days when if you didn't feel well, you could just sit with a blanket across your knees and read. The chicken thigh's sound yummy!
